Privacy. Santo Café (Sander & Sander Co. B.V.) uses your name, order number, email address and the products you select only to register your withdrawal, send you an acknowledgement with date and time, and process your refund. This is a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). The form, the email and the storage run on our behalf via Google (Google Workspace). If Google processes data outside the EU, it does so only with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We keep the record of your withdrawal for as long as our statutory retention period applies (7 years). You can read more about your rights in our privacy policy.
