Shipping policy
At Santo Café, every order is freshly roasted and carefully packed before leaving our fulfilment centre. Below you'll find all the information about delivery, processing times, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Delivery areas and times
We ship to the countries listed below. Orders placed before 5:00 PM on business days are processed the same day.
- Netherlands and Belgium: next-day delivery, except on Sundays.
- Germany and France: delivery within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping and carrier
Our shipping is handled through an external fulfilment partner. The carrier may vary per order, depending on destination and availability. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a track & trace link so you can follow your package.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout, before you confirm your order. Rates may vary based on destination and the current market rates of our carriers. We strive to keep costs as fair and transparent as possible.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are freshly roasted and shipped at a fixed moment in each cycle. Delivery times are the same as for individual orders, depending on your delivery country.
Damage or loss during transport
Santo Café is responsible for damage to or loss of your package during transport. If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at info@santocafe.co. Where possible, include photos of the damage and the outer packaging — this helps us handle your claim quickly.
Reports submitted more than 14 days after the expected delivery date can unfortunately no longer be processed.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will charge the costs of re-shipping.
Package "delivered" but not received
Does the track & trace show that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received anything? First check with neighbours and at usual delivery spots. If your package still can't be found, report it within 14 days via info@santocafe.co so we can start an investigation with the carrier.
